I know... Argh... but as I check through what I've currently written, I realise by the time I really incorporate everything I originally intended, LJ's gonna force me to split the post. *silly alien glowers at herself for trying to fit too much into one chapter*
Where I'm thinking of introducing the cut still makes sense as a chapter, and may actually make more sense seeing how it's more internally focused, and the as-yet unwritten part involves more action.
Sheesh... think I've really got to work on planning out beyond bullet points that seem to take on a life of their own when I actually transfer them into full chapters. Can you believe it if I tell you it was only 3 or 4 bullet points I wrote in full and it's already 1000+ words? And to think I've got around another TEN more to the original chapter undeveloped?
LOL. Definitely not rushing considering this part's been uncontinued for a good two and a half weeks. It does, however, bug me that I can't sit still for uninterrupted writing for more than twenty minutes before feeling guilty that I'm not finishing up on work.
